At NaraGlow, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

Be in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@naraglow.co with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@naraglow.co and include photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used personal care products

Skincare, body care, or wellness products that have been unsealed

Gift cards

Promotional, clearance, or sale items

Personalized or custom-made products
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
